Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Citrix Administrator to manage and support our Citrix
infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and
maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and related technologies. You will ensure seamless
access to virtual environments, improve system performance, and provide timely support to
end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Citrix infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops,
StoreFront, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, PVS/MCS).
Manage and monitor Citrix environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
Integrate Citrix with Active Directory, FSLogix, and profile management solutions.
Collaborate with network, server, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and
operation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and environment diagrams.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
Monitor usage and capacity planning for Citrix infrastructure.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix technologies.
Strong knowledge of:
o Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
o StoreFront, Citrix Studio, Director
o Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
o Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) or Machine Creation Services (MCS)
Familiarity with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and Group
Policies.
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).
Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Nutanix knowledge is plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Citrix certifications: CCA-V, CCP-V, or higher.
Experience with Citrix Cloud and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of profile management tools such as FSLogix or Citrix UPM.
Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
