Job Description
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 To 4 Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of BIM/Revit modelers
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company guidelines, and project requirements
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery
Perform quality checks on models, drawings, and clash detection results
Resolve technical issues related to BIM and Revit workflows
Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and performance
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Key Skill & Requirement:
Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP
Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection tools
Good understanding of construction drawings and industry standards
Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
