Must have:
5+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering
Strong SQL (advanced queries, performance tuning)
Data warehousing concepts Star schema, SCD, ETL/ELT, MPP databases
Python or Scala
Big data tools Spark / Snowflake / Hadoop
Experience building data pipelines & DAGs (batch processing)
BI tools Tableau / Power BI / Looker
Experience with Redshift / BigQuery / Snowflake / Athena
Git + CI/CD exposure
Agile experience
