SQL Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, database systems, MS Excel integrations, ETL workflows, and data migration projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications that handle large volumes of structured data, integrate with multiple systems, and support complex data transformation logic. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize data processing, and support the overall data architecture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SQL Database and database technologies
• Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
• Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support application features and data transformations
• Work on data migration projects, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation from legacy systems to modern platforms
• Must have hands-on experience with MS Excel.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, high-performance solutions
• Optimize existing queries and processes for performance and scalability
• Perform unit testing and assist in QA for data accuracy and system reliability
• Skills in Data Integration and ensuring data quality and consistency
• Familiarity with Accounting applications would be a plus.
• When needed, take calls in the evening from home.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
