Technical
- SPM/Machine design, Concept design / Modification/Evolution
- Part/Assembly design, Bill of Material
- Material selection, Heat treatment, surface treatment, surface Protection
- Commercial components selection (Motor, Gearbox, Bearing, Fastener)
- Pneumatic (Component selection, Circuit)
- Design principles (GD&T, tolerance stack-up)
- Design calculations
- ISO safety standards
- Self-Quality Check Design & Drawings
- Design review
- Estimation of e1ort/duration
- Shop/Plant layout creation/modification (2D) Will be added advantage
Tools
- SolidWorks
- Draftsight/Autocad
- TeamCenter (Siemens)
- Other Tools will be added advantage (NX, Catia, Navisworks)
