Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic based in Bengaluru, specializing in providing therapeutic services for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at our Bengaluru location. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, working closely with families and other therapeutic professionals, and monitoring and documenting progress. The role also involves educating caregivers to support therapy strategies beyond the clinic setting.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy, including assessing and treating speech sound and fluency disorders
• Skills in addressing Communication and Language Disorders to enhance a childs social and verbal skills
• Experience in treating Dysphagia and related feeding difficulties
• Strong understanding of child developmental milestones and therapy techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) and valid licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children with developmental and learning disabilities is highly desirable
