Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Velachery, Chennai for a Speech Language Pathologist. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and treating individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Day-to-day tasks include designing personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and staying updated on the latest developments in the field.

Qualifications

Proficiency in delivering Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges
Competence in diagnosing and treating Childhood and Adult Speech & Language Disorders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
Bachelor's in Audiology & Speech Pathology or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or MASLP
RCI-Licensed
Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and evaluate progress
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development
