Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Hyderabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one or group therapy sessions. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapy goals as needed. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills and provide counseling and education on treatment strategies. Participation in case discussions, periodic training, and quality improvement activities is also expected.
Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment, intervention, and outcome measurement.
Expertise in evaluating and treating Speech and Communication Disorders across different age groups.
Knowledge and experience in managing Language Disorders using evidence-based therapy approaches.
Clinical competence in identifying and treating Dysphagia, including safe swallowing strategies and rehabilitation.
Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Relevant professional license/registration as required by local regulations, or eligibility to obtain it.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work sensitively with clients and families.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting and manage a structured clinical schedule.
Comfort with clinical documentation, basic report writing, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Prior clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings is an advantage.
