Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The role involves designing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support clients. Evaluating and addressing swallowing disorders (dysphagia) may also form part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and proficiency in addressing various speech-related challenges
• Knowledge and practical experience in treating Communication and Language Disorders
• Experience in managing and providing therapy for Dysphagia and other swallowing disorders
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, with relevant certifications (if applicable)
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working in pediatric settings is advantageous
