Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.

* Diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

* Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.

* Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

* Educate and counsel patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress.

* Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

* Participate in case discussions and interdisciplinary meetings.

* Ensure compliance with clinic policies and professional standards.

Required Qualification:

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech & Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP or equivalent).

* Valid registration/license.

Experience Required:

* 13 years of clinical experience (Freshers also can apply).

* Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, or speech disorders is preferred.

Skills Required:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience and empathy while handling patients.

* Good documentation and reporting skills.

* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
