Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role in Bengaluru North. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing personalised therapy plans, implementing appropriate treatment techniques, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other specialists to achieve the best outcomes for children in their care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in addressing Speech impairments
• Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders
• Specialised knowledge in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong ability to evaluate and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist and a degree in Speech Therapy, Communication Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in pediatric care and working with children with diverse needs is highly desirable.
