Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in renowned school Colaba Mumbai. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating clinical documentation, and communicating regularly with caregivers and other professionals. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design holistic intervention strategies and participating in case discussions and review meetings. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to education and counseling for families, maintain ethical clinical standards, and stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention across age groups.
  • Clinical experience working with Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to tailor therapy to individual needs.
  • Knowledge and practical skills in managing Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language difficulties.
  • Competence in evaluating and treating Dysphagia, with an understanding of safe swallowing practices and related protocols.
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Relevant licensure or professional registration (as applicable), and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, counseling, and collaborative skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage a clinical caseload, and engage in continuous professional development.
