ROLE DESCRIPTION

Analyze and investigate possible solutions in order to meet the customers business and technical requirements

Responsible for planning designing and building AI applications leveraging LLM models

Understand the requirements seeing through the project from conception to completion lifecycle

Ability to write high performing standards complaint code and perform code reviews

Must be selfdriven perform feasibility study propose and implement solution to customer related to Web Application and AI needs

Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes debug test and deploy software solutions

1Develop Front end and backend of a responsive Web Application using Microsoft Azure Net and React JS fullstack technologies

2Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes debug test and deploy software solutions

3Understand the requirements seeing through the project from conception to completion

4Experience working with web designers and converting designs to Visual Experience

5Ability to write high performing standards complaint code and perform code review for both front end and backend applications

6Manage stakeholder communications and helping implement features on time

7Ability to guide and mentor junior developers in the team

8Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams etc

9Provide inputs to the PM in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same

10Sprint work item effort estimation and planning

SKILLS

1Full stack developer Lead with minimum 12 years of experience is required

2Strong knowledge of data structures system design and algorithms

3Experience in CNET Core Azure SQL

4Experience in React JS Typescript Nodejs and implement SPA in prior projects

5Experience using JavaScript jQuery Web Services Rest APIs HTML5 and CSS3

6Experience with various design and architectural patterns and understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application

7Experience with popular web application frameworks and strong understanding of objectoriented programming

8Knack for writing clean readable and easily maintainable reusable code

9Experience in implementing AAD authentication RBAC implementation

10Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services SQL Server Analysis Services andor SQL Server Integration Services a plus

11Experience with Visual Studio and TFS or other source control management tools

12Experience with a Continuous Integration or build platform

13Familiarity with Integrating systems with ML Azure Cognitive Services is a plus

14Must be motivated independent and selfsufficient

15Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving
