Job Summary

  Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management to lead resource management stakeholder engagement scope and change control risk management and project governance activities

  Job Description 

  Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure effective utilization across projects Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment Define and control project scope and manage changes to minimize impact on deliverables Identify assess and mitigate project risks and crises to ensure project continuity Implement and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies Utilize project planning techniques to support project scheduling and milestone tracking

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure resource availability and resolve conflicts Engage stakeholders to gather requirements provide timely updates and manage expectations Monitor project scope and manage change requests through formal processes Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues Oversee adherence to project governance through regular reviews and audits Support project planning activities including timeline development and progress tracking
