Job Summary

  Seeking an experienced VIM Functional Consultant with 5 to 7 years of handson experience in endtoend implementations and support of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management VIM solutions

  Job Description 

  5 to 7 years of handson experience with one or more endtoend implementation cycles on OpenText VIM versions 75 204 and above experience with VIM 204 and higher is preferred Expertise in gathering requirements designing configuring the system and testing Skilled in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and preparing functional gap analyses Strong knowledge of configurations in VIM Business Capture Center IC4SAP and CC4SAP Experience integrating VIM with SAP modules such as Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR General Ledger GL and external applications like Ariba Proven ability to handle complex enhancements within OpenText VIM Vendor Invoice Management Design and manage invoice workflow approval processes Experience in incident management and providing ongoing support Configure process type determination sequences for various document types Manage exception handling configurations Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios effectively Develop standard VIM reports and design custom reports as needed Good understanding of SAP AP processes and Electronic Data Interchange EDI is preferable Experience working with Fiori Apps for coding and approvals Proficient in writing functional specifications configuration rationales and other projectrelated documentation Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is desirable Strong analytical problemsolving multitasking communication and interpersonal skills required

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications Conduct Business Blueprint workshops and identify functional gaps Configure and customize VIM solutions including Business Capture Center IC4SAP and CC4SAP Integrate VIM with SAP modules AP AR GL and external systems such as Ariba Design and implement invoice workflow approval processes and exception handling mechanisms Develop and maintain VIM reports both standard and custom Handle complex system enhancements and provide incident management support Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and process flow Prepare and maintain project documentation including functional specs and configuration rationales Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution Provide training and knowledge transfer to endusers and support teams Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance system efficiency and user experience
