Job Title SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant Utilities Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant with a strong background in SAP CRM or Service Cloud V1 and handson experience in Service Cloud V2 The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional and technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Experience in the Power Utilities industry is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

Configure and implement solutions in SAP Service Cloud V2 to support customer service processes

Participate in endtoend project lifecycle including design build testing and deployment

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including integration UI and middleware teams

Design and support integrations using SAP BTP and microservicesbased architecture

Contribute to UI enhancements using FioriUI5 principles where applicable

Support data migration testing and postgolive activities

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices

Prepare documentation including functional specs configuration guides and training materials

Required Skills Qualifications

45 years of overall experience in SAP CRM or SAP Service Cloud V1

Minimum 1 year of handson experience in SAP Service Cloud V2 configuration and implementation

Strong understanding of customer service processes case management service requests workflows etc

Experience with SAP BTP Business Technology Platform and integration capabilities

Knowledge of FioriUI5 and modern UI frameworks

Familiarity with microservices architecture and APIbased integrations

Experience with system integration SAP and nonSAP systems

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the Power Utilities industry

Exposure to S4HANA integration scenarios

Knowledge of SAP CX suite and overall customer experience architecture

Experience working in AgileScrum environments

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to clearly translate business requirements into technical solutions

Proactive selfdriven and able to work independently or in teams

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with middleware tools eg SAP CPI

Understanding of security and data privacy considerations in cloud solution
