Specialist AEO & SEO

About the role:

Youll own Aurigos end-to-end SEO + AEO (AI search) strategy building strong foundations, improving discoverability, and driving qualified organic lead flow.

What youll do

• Build and execute SEO + AEO / GEO strategy for AI-driven and traditional search
• Own on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
• Conduct keyword research aligned to ICPs and product lines
• Optimize site structure: metadata, internal linking, schema markup
• Perform technical audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexing, site performance)
• Improve AI discoverability across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity
• Partner with content/product teams to optimize website pages
• Track and analyze performance via GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, GA4
• Drive link-building, authority growth, and vendor/tool management.

What were looking for

• 46 years of experience in SEO with proven organic growth impact
• Strong understanding of AEO / AI-driven search (LLM-based platforms)
• Expertise in technical SEO, structured data, and site audits
• Hands-on with GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
• Experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise websites (preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive insights into action

Self-driven with excellent cross-functional communication
