SPATIAL CONCEPT DESIGNER

We create innovative, engaging, and memorable experiences for leading malls and brands across India through end-to-end concept, design, production, and execution.

Role Description :

We are looking for a creative and proactive Assistant Manager - Spatial Concept Designer to lead our team and deliver innovative concepts for mall dcor, retail environments, seasonal installations, festive campaigns, and brand activations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop creative spatial concepts for mall dcor, activations, and retail environments.
• Create 2D/3D designs, layouts, and presentation renders.
• Prepare detailed design drawings and production-ready files.
• Coordinate with production and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Select materials, colors, and finishes suitable for each project.
• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual merchandising, and experiential marketing concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful brand experiences.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Spatial designing, fashion designing, Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.

• 35 years of experience in Fashion designing, Retail Design, Exhibition Design, or Creative Production.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a creative team is preferred.
• Experience in Mall Activations, Retail Displays, Event Dcor, or Seasonal Installations is an added advantage.
