Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Channel Partner Sales & Sourcing Manager to build, manage, and monetize a network of channel partners (brokers, contractors, architects, designers, and vendors).
This role is responsible for generating business through partners while also ensuring strong sourcing and execution support through the same network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Acquisition (Sales Focus)
Identify and onboard channel partners such as:
Interior designers
Architects
Contractors
Brokers / referral partners
Build a strong pipeline of partners generating consistent leads.
2. Revenue Generation via Partners
Drive business through partner referrals and collaborations.
Build incentive/commission structures for partners.
Ensure steady flow of qualified leads and closures via channel network.
3. Partner Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities.
Ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
4. Sourcing & Execution Support
Leverage partner network for vendors, contractors, and execution support.
Ensure quality and timely delivery through sourced partners.
Align partner capabilities with project requirements.
5. Commercials & Negotiation
Negotiate commissions, margins, and pricing with partners.
Ensure profitability while scaling partnerships.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with Sales, Design, and Operations teams.
Ensure smooth conversion of partner leads into projects.
Support handover and execution alignment.
7. Market Expansion & Network Growth
Expand channel partner network across locations.
Identify new partnership opportunities for business growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of active channel partners onboarded
Revenue generated through channel partners
Lead-to-conversion ratio via partners
Partner retention & engagement rate
Cost efficiency in sourcing through partners
Requirements
48 years of experience in channel sales / business development / sourcing (interiors preferred)
Strong network of architects, designers, contractors, brokers
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of interior projects and execution ecosystem
Target-driven and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Background
Experience in interior design firms / modular brands / real estate channel sales
Exposure to both sales + vendor sourcing
