We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed company that's transforming how global specialty chemicals are sourced, developed, and supplied. Operating across international markets, the business works closely with enterprise customers and manufacturing partners to build reliable, high-quality supply chains for specialty ingredients.

As the company continues to scale, they're looking to hire an experienced Sourcing Manager to build strategic supplier relationships, strengthen procurement capabilities, and become the internal expert on sourcing and pricing within the personal care ingredients category.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and ingredient suppliers across India and global markets
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
• Build long-term supplier partnerships and identify new sourcing opportunities
• Track ingredient pricing trends and market dynamics to support commercial decisions
• Develop sourcing intelligence, supplier databases, and pricing benchmarks
• Create primary, secondary, and tertiary supplier networks to improve supply chain resilience
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support customer opportunities and improve margins
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement sourcing best practices
• Work closely with founders and leadership on strategic sourcing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 1015 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or ingredient trading
• Strong exposure to personal care ingredients, specialty chemicals, surfactants, oleochemicals, fatty acids, cosmetic esters, or related raw materials
• Proven experience negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers
• Strong understanding of supplier ecosystems, pricing dynamics, and commercial negotiations
• Experience operating independently and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments

• Experience working with specialty chemical distributors, manufacturers, or ingredient suppliers
• Familiarity with supply chain planning and procurement analytics
