Sourcingo Private Limited is looking for a driven and detail-focused Sourcing Manager (Apparel/Fashion Industry) to join our growing team in Jaipur.

If you have hands-on experience in garment sourcing and factory coordination, this role is for you.

Role Overview

Youll take complete ownership of apparel sourcing operations from identifying the right garment factories (knits & woven) to managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth production execution.

Key Responsibilities

Source and onboard garment/apparel factories (knits & woven categories)

Build and maintain strong relationships with apparel manufacturers & vendors

Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production terms within the fashion/apparel ecosystem

Monitor garment quality standards, sampling, and delivery timelines

Expand and strengthen the apparel supplier network

Drive end-to-end sourcing operations with strong follow-ups

Who Should Apply

Prior experience in apparel/fashion sourcing, garment manufacturing, or textile industry is preferred

Strong understanding of knits & woven garment production

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple factories, vendors, and production timelines

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

Applicants without exposure to apparel/garment sourcing may not be considered.
