This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Executive located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for sourcing real estate properties, negotiating contracts, identifying procurement opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing market trends, recruiting property listings, and collaborating with team members to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, property values, and data-driven insights
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Proficiency in Recruiting property listings and building professional networks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is an advantage
• Prior experience in real estate, property sourcing, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
