Teleperformance is Hiring | Solutions Manager

• Location: Gurgaon
• Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements through RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and translate them into scalable business solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions covering process, technology, staffing, pricing, and transition strategies.
• Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial models.
• Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, Training, Quality, Finance, HR, and IT teams to create impactful business solutions.
• Support Sales and Business Development teams in deal pursuits and client engagements.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Present solution recommendations and value propositions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of BPO/Customer Experience operations.
• Experience in Solutioning, Presales, Bid Management, or Consulting roles.
• Expertise in proposal development, pricing, and commercial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
