Role Summary

We are hiring for the role of Solution Specialist III Consumer Durable | Pay Later, based in Mumbai. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on driving business growth through merchant acquisition, account management, and expansion of Pay Later solutions across leading OEMs and retailers. The role requires a strong understanding of consumer durable finance, merchant ecosystems, and retail affordability products such as EMI, Cardless EMI, and BNPL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage merchant and brand partnerships within the Consumer Durables category

Drive adoption of EMI, Cardless EMI, and BNPL/Pay Later solutions at the retail level

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing merchant relationships

Execute category growth and sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to improve revenue growth

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused financial solutions

Prepare business reports, sales reviews, and performance presentations for stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

24 years of experience in consumer durable finance, fintech, merchant acquiring, or related industries

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to drive business growth and manage merchant relationships

Passion for affordability solutions and retail financing products.

Strong execution mindset with ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
