Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Lead to drive end-to-end data platform solutions leveraging Snowflake and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The role involves leading architecture, design, and delivery of scalable data pipelines, with a strong focus on data migration, ETL modernization, and cloud transformation.
Core Skills
- Snowflake (warehousing, performance tuning, cost optimization) Informatica IICS (data integration, mappings, taskflows)
- Expertise in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design Solid understanding of data migration strategies and execution Strong SQL and data modeling skills (Star, Snowflake schemas)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for data platforms using Snowflake and Informatica
- Drive end-to-end data migration programs (on-prem to cloud / legacy to modern platforms)
- Define and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IICS and Snowflake Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
- Own data modeling (dimensional, star/snowflake schemas) for analytics and reporting
- Ensure performance optimization and cost efficiency (Snowflake credit usage, IICS IPU consumption)
- Lead and mentor data engineering teams; drive best practices and governance Oversee data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment pipelines
