Solution Head – IT Architecture & Consulting

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Head to lead our architecture and solutioning practice, driving high-impact digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and business strategy and can confidently engage with CXOs to shape future-ready IT landscapes.

What youll do:

Lead end-to-end solution architecture across cloud, applications, data, and infrastructure

Partner with CIOs/CTOs to define strategic technology roadmaps

Drive solutioning for large deals, RFPs, and complex engagements

Build scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise architectures

Mentor and lead a high-performing solution architecture team

What were looking for:

15+ years of experience in IT architecture and solutioning

Strong exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise systems, and modern architectures

Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions

Background in IT services, consulting, or system integration

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: Not a constraint for the right candidate
