Role Overview: Solution Architect Microsoft Power Platform & AI

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect (1012 years experience) to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise who can drive large-scale transformation initiatives for enterprise clients, particularly in regulated domains such as banking and financial services.

The Architect will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, establishing best practices, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance across Power Platform-based applications (web and mobile). The role also involves integrating advanced AI capabilities, agentic frameworks, and Azure data services to deliver intelligent, automated, and insight-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform and Azure-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple projects and delivery teams.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions leveraging Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders, business leaders, and clients to translate business requirements into technical architecture and roadmaps.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for development and deployment.
• Lead integration strategies across systems using APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML, Copilot, and agent-based solutions within enterprise workflows.
• Ensure data governance, security compliance, and performance optimization across solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams, conducting architecture reviews and code quality assessments.
• Oversee DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Primary Skills & Expertise:

• 1012 years of experience in enterprise application architecture and solution design.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform:
• Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Portals, SharePoint Forms)
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop/RPA, Business Process Flows)
• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Strong experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Azure ecosystem, including:
• Azure Functions, Azure App Services
• Azure Data Services and integration patterns
• Azure AI Foundry and AI services
• Expertise in designing automation and RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and analytics.
• Proven ability to create architecture documentation (HLD, LLD, solution blueprints).
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise AI integration.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design solutions for complex business challenges.
• Experience in client-facing roles, driving digital transformation programs.

Secondary Skills

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices:
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory and ETL/ELT pipeline design
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and performance tuning
• Experience building custom connectors and reusable components
• Familiarity with cloud security and identity management:
