Solution Architect – AI & Data

About the Role

• We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to work closely with leadership in building enterprise AI and Data solutions for customers across industries.
• This role involves a mix of customer engagement, solution architecture, technical consulting, and hands-on delivery.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full lifecycle from solution design to implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1012 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, backend systems, or AI engineering
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience working with LLMs and GenAI applications
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and modern data platforms
• Understanding of security, governance, and observability considerations for AI systems
• Hands-on coding/scripting experience in Python

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership on customer discussions and solutioning
• Design AI and data-driven architectures for enterprise use cases
• Build and support PoCs, pilots, and initial implementations
• Contribute to technical proposals, SoWs, and solution documents
• Lead early-stage project deliveries and ensure quality execution
• Help define reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices

Good to Have

• Exposure to BFSI or other regulated industries
• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps tooling
• Experience with real-time or event-driven architectures
