Job Title: Solar Site Engineer

Location: Noida (with pan-India travel and site deployment)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and hardworking Solar Site Engineers who are willing to travel extensively across India and stay at project sites for execution and supervision of solar installations. The role demands strong technical understanding, on-ground problem solving, and ownership of project timelines and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution and supervision of solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects

Site survey, feasibility analysis, and preparation of basic layouts

Coordination with design, procurement, and logistics teams for timely material availability

Managing installation teams, contractors, and vendors at site

Ensuring quality standards, safety protocols, and proper installation practices

Daily progress tracking, reporting, and documentation

Handling site-related challenges and ensuring timely project completion

Coordination with clients for site readiness, approvals, and handover

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project execution

Strong understanding of solar systems, structures, and BoS components

Willingness to travel across India and stay at project sites for extended durations

Ability to handle teams and work under pressure in site conditions

Basic knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Excel, and project reporting

Preferred:

Experience in rooftop solar projects (C&I/residential)

Understanding of safety practices (HSE) and QA/QC processes

Passport availability will be an added advantage
