Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Software Support Executive. The Software Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting software issues, managing software updates, and assisting with database management. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively and contributing to sales-related technical consultations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
• Provide first-level support and basic troubleshooting
• Log and track issues in the ticketing system
• Coordinate with QA/Development teams for issue resolution
• Follow up with users to ensure timely closure of tickets
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
• Assist users with system usage and navigation
• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (verbal & written) and customer service abilities
• Basic understanding of web applications
• Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Databases and database management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Exposure to ticketing tools (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of APIs or databases (optional)
