We build custom business software for small and mid-sized companies CRMs, ERPs, school management systems, construction management tools, recruitment platforms and deliver them in 46 weeks instead of 46 months. AI does 90% of the work that's the same across every business app. We do the 10% that's specific to yours. That's how we deliver custom software for 50,000 instead of 5 lakh.

We're looking for a person who'll take over as thesingle point of contactfor our customers.

What you'll actually do

• Take 35 inbound leads per week (we generate them no cold calling)
• Run discovery calls, understand what the customer's business actually needs
• Scope the build, write proposals, close deals (35K15L deal size)
• Hand off to our build team andown the project through delivery(46 weeks each)
• Be the customer's go-to person if anything goes sideways

What we're looking for

• 14 years of work experience inanything customer-facing or technical sales, presales, customer success, implementation, business analyst, junior PM
• Comfortable explaining technical things in plain language to non-technical buyers
• Fluent English + Hindi (Marathi a bonus)
• Hungry, fast, willing to own outcomes not just process
• You'll be in our Nashik office full-time. Open to relocators.

What we don't need

• You don't need to know how to code. You'll never write code in this role. But you should be curious about how software gets built, because you'll be scoping it every week.
• You don't need 10 years of project management experience. We'd rather train someone hungry than manage someone senior.

Compensation

47 LPA based on experience including incentives and ESOPs
