Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in creation of architectural specifications and ensure feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and/or SaaS platforms.
• Collect and document user requirements and develop user stories and estimates.
• Participate in technical design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems.
• Responsible for front or backend development, with understanding of both and/or responsible for SaaS and/or COTS delivery.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs, related code, and/or related SaaS and/or COTS configuration.
• Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Support production applications/platforms in partnership with SaaS providers.
• Identify innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrates strong experience in React Native and mobile application development.
• Possesses hands-on experience in API integration and service-based architectures.
• Shows familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and general database concepts.
• Exhibits understanding of both frontend and backend development concepts.
• Demonstrates experience working with SaaS and/or COTS platforms.
• Applies problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Works efficiently in agile and collaborative environments.

Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
