Company Description

Factryze is building an AI-native infrastructure layer for GPU clusters, combining deep observability with agentic AI to automatically diagnose performance issues, failures, and inefficiencies across large-scale training and inference systems.

This is not a typical frontend or backend role. Youll work across the full stack, from dashboards to APIs to infrastructure, at the intersection of datacenters, ML workloads, and distributed systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time role that will initially be remote, with a transition to our Bengaluru office. You will work on building an AI-native infrastructure layer for GPU clusters, contributing directly to real-world systems used in production. You will be closely mentored by experienced engineers and work collaboratively as part of a high-ownership team.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in Computer Science
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Working knowledge of React and modern frontend patterns such as component architecture, state management, and reactivity
• Ability to build and consume REST APIs
• Clear understanding of how frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers connect
• Comfortable working on Linux, reading logs, and debugging issues
• Experience building and shipping real-world projects, including personal or open-source work
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with unfamiliar systems

Responsibilities

• Build systems and features from the ground up
• Develop and maintain frontend dashboards for GPU, system, and workload metrics
• Build backend APIs for data ingestion, querying, and diagnostics
• Work with high-volume time-series data
• Integrate real-time visualizations such as charts and tables
• Debug production issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Contribute to agentic AI workflows for automated diagnosis

Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI or Flask
• Familiarity with Docker
• Exposure to monitoring or observability systems
• Basic understanding of GPUs, ML workloads, or distributed systems
• Experience building dashboards, analytics tools, or infrastructure products

Additional Information

• This role is expected to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and alignment
• Initial remote setup, followed by relocation to Bengaluru
