The Role

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation systems for paying clients. Production work from day one. You own what you build end to end.

What You'll Build

AI agents and chatbots (LLM APIs, LangChain, RAG), n8n automation workflows, API integrations (WhatsApp, Zoho, payment gateways, voice), client-facing dashboards and tools.

Who You Are

• Can code in Python or JavaScript. Projects, freelance, college doesn't matter if it works.
• Curious about AI. Tinkered with LLM APIs, prompting, or automation tools.
• Ships things. Builders over eternal learners.
• Communicates clearly. Async-first, owns deadlines, asks when stuck.
• Okay with no fixed salary for now.

Requirements

• Your own laptop (minimum 16GB RAM, Macbook/ i5/Ryzen 5 or equivalent)
• Stable internet connection

Compensation

Equity-only. No fixed salary. You get paid when:

• A client project is sold and delivered
• Revenue comes in from products you helped build
• A project gets acquired or funded
• VC or external funding is secured

You eat what you help hunt.
