Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, Power Platform development, and enterprise solution integration. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Sales Agent, and AI-driven business solutions will be highly valued.

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Design and build Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.

Implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service processes.

Configure lead-to-opportunity, opportunity management, and customer service workflows.

Lead implementation of Microsoft Sales Agent and Copilot-based solutions.

Integrate AI-driven capabilities into CRM business processes.

Design Power BI dashboards and reports using Dataverse and Application Insights data.

Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with Azure services and third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Dynamics 365 customizations and Power Platform implementations.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
