Software Developer - Coupa

Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in the Coupa platform to support ongoing production support activities and system enhancements. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for the Coupa platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement appropriate solutions.

• Develop and implement enhancements, configurations, and customizations within Coupa to support evolving business needs.

• Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of tickets, defects, and user requests.

• Collaborate with integration teams to support and maintain Coupa integrations with other enterprise systems.

• Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities for new features and enhancements.

• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines for support and development activities.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience working with the Coupa platform, including configuration and support.

• Strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and system troubleshooting.

• Ability to work closely with business teams and end users to translate requirements into solutions.

• Experience working in support and enhancement projects in an enterprise environment.

• Good understanding of procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows within Coupa.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge or experience with Zip (procurement intake and orchestration platform) will be an added advantage.

• Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms is a plus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
