Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid & organic social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit platforms
- Manage and optimize SEM / Google Ads campaigns with strong alignment to performance goals and budget forecasts
- Drive performance optimization and A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions using data-driven insights
- Launch and manage display advertising and retargeting campaigns across patient, HCP, and lab audiences
- Deliver actionable reporting and analytics leveraging Adobe Analytics, platform dashboards, and performance metrics
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and deep expertise in Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, and Adobe Analytics
