Job Description
Team Deepak Wadhwa is looking for a passionate, creative, and highly driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team based in Noida.
We are looking for someone who understands content, social media psychology, audience engagement, and can work with speed, creativity, and responsibility in a fast paced environment.
Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, and digital content ecosystem
Knowledge of YouTube SEO including Titles, Descriptions, Tags, Time Stamps, and optimisation
Ability to write engaging captions and manage audience interactions professionally
Experience in handling Comments, Replies, DMs, Stories, Polls, and community engagement
Basic to advanced knowledge of AI tools for thumbnails, content enhancement, and workflow optimisation
Good understanding of viral content structure and high CTR thumbnail concepts
Ability to edit reels and coordinate content workflow efficiently
Strong coordination skills for content QC, script management, and team collaboration
Should be creative, proactive, organised, and willing to learn and grow continuously
Must be comfortable travelling to studios or work locations whenever required
Knowledge of Linktree, Telegram management, and fan page reporting will be preferred
