The Role

Were looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who thinks like a mini entrepreneur. You wont just execute youll own. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a distinct point of view, and can lead strategy while rolling up their sleeves to people manage, communicate and create. If you need to be micromanaged, this isnt the role for you.

What Youll Do

• Develop and drive social media strategy for a portfolio of premium, upscale clients
• Own end-to-end management of client social media accounts content calendars, creative direction and community building
• Write sharp, creative copy that captures each brands voice and actually stops the scroll
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments being chronically online is not a weakness here
• Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams to bring campaigns to life
• Manage client relationships directly, including briefings, presentations, feedback loops, and ongoing communication
• Take full ownership of your accounts solve problems and deliver

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably at a creative or digital agency
• A genuine, distinct personality and creative point of view we want to know how you think
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brand voices
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms you know what works and why
• Excellent people skills youre as comfortable in a client call as you are in a caption document
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and accountable you treat your client roster like your own business
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Type: Hybrid (Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office. Tuesday, Thursday WFH)
