Role Description

Social Media Executive/ Manager Full-Time, On-Site | Noida

• Manage and optimize social media platforms to ensure a strong, consistent brand presence
• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing and branding goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy
• Ideate and brainstorm fresh, creative content ideas regularly including campaigns, reels, carousels, memes, and interactive content
• Brief designers and video editors with clear creative direction, references, and content requirements to bring ideas to life

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate social media performance
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
• Experience in brand-building and audience engagement
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
