Social Media Manager

We're hiring a Social Media Manager at Digitool Kolkata Full-time On-site

Digitool is a Kolkata-based marketing and design agency helping brands grow their digital presence. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who's plugged into trends, comfortable owning client accounts end-to-end, and ready to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

What you'll do Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals Own client relationships as the primary point of contact Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across platforms Run and monitor Meta ad campaigns and track performance metrics Coordinate content creation shoots, reels, uploads, and account management Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral formats, and platform updates

What we're looking for Strong grasp of Instagram and current social media trends Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Creative thinking with strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence in client-facing conversations and presentations Ability to assist on shoots and collaborate in content creation Fluency in English; prior social media management experience is a plus.
