Job Description:

1. Should have handled 1 Million followership Account- Directly or through agency

2. Should be able to show growth of atleast 50K to 1 Lac followers- in his past experience

3. Should have handled a team of atleast 10+ in the agency

4. Capable of independently writing and ideating content.

5. Atleast 8 years experience

6. Strong capability in writing captions, hooks, reel scripts, and storytelling

7. Deep understanding of: Instagram algorithms (reels, reach, engagement) and LinkedIn content formats.

8. Candidtae should be ready to work 6 days a week, ready to travel, should be okay with flexible work hours.
