Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Vajram Group's organic presence across relevant social platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content in line with the monthly content calendar and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and Google reviews in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
