Youll own our social presence end-to-end:

From building a distinct voice to creating content that feels luxurious, relevant, and impossible to ignore.

What Youll Do

Strategy + Big Ideas

• Build and own the social media strategy across platforms for the brand globally
• Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement & community love
• Spot trends before they blow up and make them work for a luxury beauty brand

Content + Creative Direction

• Conceptualize and execute reels, videos, shoots & campaigns end-to-end
• Write captions, scripts & hooks that actually make people stop scrolling
• Give sharp creative briefs and ensure everything looks premium, polished, on brand
• Bring a strong creative flare while staying rooted in brand storytelling

Numbers + AI + Insights

• Track whats working (and whats not), and actually do something about it
• Use AI tools and platform insights to optimize content and performance
• Deep dive into analytics: engagement, reach, retention, conversions
• Turn data into actionable ideas (not just reports no one reads)

Growth + Trends

• Drive organic growth using platform-first strategies
• Jump on trends, memes, and cultural moments with intention
• Stay plugged into beauty, luxury & lifestyle trends - globally and locally
• Experiment constantly (formats, hooks, timing, storytelling styles)

Collaboration

• Work with influencers, creators & internal teams
• Partner with performance marketing to align organic + paid strategies
• Be the bridge between creative vision and execution excellence

Who You Are

• You actually eat, breathe, and sleep social media
• Youre equal parts creative thinker + data nerd
• You notice details others miss (yes, even font spacing and frame timing)
• You understand the difference between viral and valuable
• Youre obsessed with making content better every single time

What You Bring

• 3-4 years in social media (beauty/luxury = big plus)
• Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok an added bonus)
• A flair for creativity
• Organized and well structured
