MaximAlert is expanding its cybersecurity team and looking for a dedicated SOC Resident Engineer (L2) to be deployed onsite at its client in New Delhi.

Role Overview:

You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing SOC operations using RSA NetWitness, ensuring effective threat detection, analysis, and response.

What Youll Do:

• Administer and manage RSA NetWitness (SIEM, SOAR & UEBA)
• Perform incident validation and deep-dive attack analysis
• Handle event correlation, log monitoring & rule tuning
• Work on UEBA (User & Entity Behavior Analytics) for anomaly detection and insider threat identification
• Support risk and change management processes
• Coordinate with OEMs for escalations and resolution
• Work closely with stakeholders for incident handling & reporting
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking
• Develop custom parsers and maintain SOC documentation

What Were Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (BSc / BCA / MCA)
• Mandatory 2+ years of experience in SOC (SIEM/SOAR/UEBA environments)
• Certifications like RSA NetWitness / CCNA / CEH / Security+ are a plus
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, protocols)
• Hands-on experience in log analysis, event monitoring & incident response
