Snowflake Administrator

About Position:

We are seeking for Snowflake Administrator with hands on experience in snowflake, ETL, etc.,

• Location: All Persistent Locations
• Experience: 7 to 15 years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and optimize Snowflake data pipelines, including Snowflake stages, streams, tasks, and stored procedures.
• Develop and maintain ELT/ETL workflows using tools such as Azure Data Factory
• Build and optimize Snowflake warehouses, schemas, tables, views, and materialized views.
• Implement performance tuning related to SQL queries, clustering keys, micro-partitioning, and Snowflake compute sizing.
• Manage data ingestion from structured, semi-structured (JSON, Parquet, Avro), and unstructured sources.
• Develop and maintain data models using industry-standard methodologies (star schema, snowflake schema, 3NF).
• Integrate Snowflake with Azure cloud ecosystems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ensure data security, lineage, and governance using Snowflake RBAC, masking policies, row-access policies, and audit frameworks.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design.
• Work closely with data architects, analysts, and application teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Python programming for automation
• Snowflake SQL, Snowflake Scripting, Tasks, Streams, Pipes
• Data ingestion using COPY INTO, Snowpipe, or integrations
• Performance tuning (clustering, micro-partitioning, caching)
