Smart Construction Project Manager​

Job Purpose: Oversee the implementation of Smart Construction solutions on specific projects based in KSA, ensuring timely deployment, system performance, and user adoption.

What youll do

• Manage full lifecycle implementation of Smart Construction systems across assigned projects
• Ensure adherence to project-specific SC requirements and digital governance standards.
• Monitor, validate, and analyze productivity, HSSE, workforce, and equipment KPIs through digital dashboards
• Support and validate integration between SC platforms, ERP, and planning systems to maintain data consistency and reporting reliability.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and technology providers to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare and deliver structured digital performance reports and system status updates to ensure accurate tracking of project progress and alignment with Smart Construction operational requirements.

What you'll need

• Bachelors degree in engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in project management, Construction industry
• PMP, or equivalent.
• Strong construction execution knowledge
• Knowledge of Smart Construction Technology (BIM, IoT, Digital Twin)
