Hiring: SLED RFP / Proposal Team | US Shift

Were building a high-performance SLED (State, Local Government & Education) Proposal Team to drive US public sector growth.

Open Roles:

• Proposal Lead (5+ years) Own end-to-end RFP lifecycle, build and manage the team, identify opportunities, drive bid strategy & ensure compliant submissions
• Proposal Support Resource (12 years) Identify RFPs, manage pipeline, coordinate submissions & ensure timelines
• Proposal Writers (12 years) Work on identified RFPs, draft compliant, high-quality proposals
• Intern (Fresher) support in RFP discovery, review, analysis, and execution of assigned proposals

What We Expect:

• Strong experience in RFP/Bid/Proposal environment
• Ability to identify RFPs, review requirements & deliver error-free work
• Strong communication and presentation skills are mandatory for all roles
• Familiarity with RFP tools and government procurement platforms is required

US EST (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with 1-hour break
