Job Description

The Sky Affluent VRM will be a key member of the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our affluent customers. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The VRM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, understanding their financial goals and preferences.
  • Offer personalized banking solutions, including wealth management, investment advice, and tailored product recommendations.
  • Proactively reach out to customers, providing regular updates and insights on market trends and opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and efficient resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant financial advice.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer portfolios, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts, processing transactions, and managing their banking needs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Kotak Mahindra Bank, promoting the bank's values and services to potential customers.
