Apurvakriti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of construction workers and subcontractors

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly Progress reports

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers

Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly

Conduct site inspections and maintain cleanliness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience in construction supervision

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials & safety practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Good leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
